Mr. Zembala was able to assist in the selling of my condo via short sale in under 6 weeks, at a time when the Orlando housing market was deemed dead.

He's extremely easy to work with and brings a no-nonsense approach to his craft.

His style is a radical departure from the "tell you everything you want to hear" Real Estate Agents who put their own interests before the interests of the client.
